Wish I had contacted them sooner.

I was able to pay my debts like credit card/catalogues but then the cost of living became ridiculous so it was a choice of feeding my children or paying my debts. Obviously my children came first. I was worried out of my mind how I was going to pay my debts but I was informed about step change so went online completed the forms and everything was sorted. All the worry was gone. I would 1000% recommend step change. It was such an easy process. Reviewed on: 8th July 2023
