I’m profoundly deaf and unable to use the telephone for calls and most of the debt advice I tried to get was phone calls only. Stepchange have been brilliant allowing me to converse with them via emails. It hasn’t always been easy as things can easily be misunderstood at times but we worked together to sort out my debt plan and I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received Reviewed on: 8th July 2023
