The Stepchange service is brilliant!!

I have found Stepchange to be very helpful at a time when my stress levels were through the roof. Being able to talk to someone about my debts has been brilliant and the online service is excellent too. I recently changed my debt plan online and did it incorrectly. I panicked and changed it again. With most companies, this would cause confusion and a long-winded process to go through but Stepchange were on it straight away and to my relief, the payments were adjusted correctly, to my.
