Becoming a widow brought unexpected everything including debt! Stepchange helped me to stop the overwhelming stress and worry. They spoke to the credit card companies for me and arranged one easy affordable payment per month. Game changer

I was struggling financially following the death of my husband. Finding money for bills was difficult enough but I had credit card debt with interest that I could never see an end to. Step Change dealt with all my creditors for me advising I go on a DMP and wow what a game changer. I feel I can breath and will be able to retire at 67 I hope. I am so glad I sought their help. The forms were completed online and easy to access, every month I get a statement update. It’s wonderful and I know I can contact them for support if I need to. No judgment just brilliant advice at a time when I desperately needed it. I couldn’t speak more highly of Step Change if I tried their support has brought me hope for the future.
