Modern, friendly, taking on the big banks!

I love being a Monzo customer, I just wish I joined them on day one. I've unfortunately recently experienced financial hardship and Monzo have been incredible and very supportive. I feel like an individual rather than a sort code/acc no, I think this is the Monzo experience. I've personally been the friend/family member that won't shut up about Monzo trying to get everyone to join. Keep doing what you're doing! Reviewed on: 10th July 2023

I still can't believe companies like this exist!

When I got to my lowest moment financially, I'm so glad I found StepChange online. It wasn't until I started to be honest with my creditors about my situation that they recommended me to StepChange and I was pleased to say they're already helping me, and I'm on my way to setting up my DMP. The service I've received has been incredible, treating me as an individual rather than a number.
