Honest and practical help from StepChange

After months of worry and denial I finally contacted StepChange for some advice. They were (and are) totally non-judgmental, simply wanting to undertstand my situation and to offer a solution if possible. It was like having a weight removed from my shoulders, sharing the problem with someone who knew how to help. I cannot thanks StepChange enough for the help they have given me. Much needed help, advice and support

When my situation reached a crisis point last year a creditor suggested I contact Step Change and enter into a Debt Management Plan. I did so and found the whole process very easy, mainly online. There is also a telephone number whenever I need on-the -spot advice. The advisors I have spoken to have all been helpful, supportive and most importantly, non-judgmental.
