StepChange helped me when I didn't think anyone could.

Much needed help, advice and support

When my situation reached a crisis point last year a creditor suggested I contact Step Change and enter into a Debt Management Plan. I did so and found the whole process very easy, mainly online. There is also a telephone number whenever I need on-the -spot advice. The advisors I have spoken to have all been helpful, supportive and most importantly, non-judgmental.
