Hassle free and quick claims payment

I've had to claim thousands this year for my three pets insured with Petplan. Each claim was dealt with quickly and all I had to do was fill out a few details online. It meant I could focus on getting my pets back to good health, instead of worrying about when I'll get my money back. Reviewed on: 6th August 2024

No hassle claims

This month two of my pets became unwell and my vet bills quickly added up. Luckily they both have Petplan insurance and my claims were paid within a day of my vets sending them in. All I had to do was provide my vets details! Two of my cats have ongoing conditions, irritable bowel disease and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy - it’s such a relief knowing that there’s no penalty for claiming. Reviewed on: 25th September 2023

Insurance you can trust

I have all three of my pets insured with Petplan and I’m confident that if I need to claim, it will be paid promptly with little to no effort from me. Unfortunately one of my cats was very sick last year and has an ongoing chronic condition. It’s reassuring that Petplan will continue to cover her condition for life and haven’t charged me more for claiming, in fact, my insurance only increased by a small amount at renewal, despite me claiming in the thousands.
