You get what you pay for!

Very happy to have been a customer for my pets for the last 16 years. Never had an issue claiming and very helpful that my vets and any referral I have been too have been happy to do a direct claim. The ability to ‘preauthorise’ claims is great as it gives me the ability to make an informed decision about my pets veterinary needs.
