I have my dog insured with Pet plan who is now 12, and I have had Pet plan insurance since he was a puppy. Whenever I have made a claim the procedure is so simple. My vet submit the claims for me, I receive a text from Pet Plan advising they have received it, and then another text to advise payment made. The simplest claims I ever made. Covered for life is also the best when your pet gets a life long condition Reviewed on: 12th July 2023
