Help get in control and worry less

It's a good service, the fact you can do it all online is great if your nervous about talking to someone. But you can also phone and talk to a human too. I've now been in my DMP for over a year and pay it once a month without worrying about my debts. I even tell my patients about this service through my job role as I support people who could be in debt and suffering from financial hardship. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

Stepchange

I reached out to step change a couple of times and when I was ready to take up the advice and support they were helpful! The website is easy to use and ideal if you’re anxious and don’t want to speak to anyone. Everything is explained to me very well and it’s ideal for my financial situation. As part of my job role in the NHS I mention step change to my patients who are also dealing with financial difficulties and it’s a great way to encourage people to start thinking about taking action to become better financially. It’s my job to link and help my patients with their health and welbeing and having had good experiences with Stepchange this has made it easy to recommend them to my patients.
