The best help and support!

Setting up a DMP with Stepchange was so simple, the website was very user friendly and all the steps were straightforward. There's no need to be on the phone for hours anymore as almost everything you need to do/change/update/give more details on, can all be done via the website or email. They remind you about additional steps you can take such as breathing space but you don't receive constant reminders or pushy emails and you can take the application at your own pace so you don't feel rushed. All my options, pros and cons were laid out clearly to help me make the best decision based on my personal situation. I never felt overwhelmed during the process with Stepchange and still feel supported even after set up and making regular payments Reviewed on: 13th July 2023
