Breath of fresh air

I struggled to get in contact with someone to help my finances due to being worried and I'm glad I did the jump! Every staff member I spoke with were friendly understanding and non judgemental. Everything was explained to me perfectly and simple. Quick and straightforward. I now have a weight off my shoulders and the whole process.. a breath of fresh air so I can now breathe clearly!
