Very helpful and thorough

Hi I'm Michael England I have been in crisis over the past years with many problems and I owed money out to three different lenders. My mental health is very poor at the moment and this all was causing me lots of stress. I've become depressed, suicidal and I self harm my wife divorced last year who h caused even more stress. I contacted step change whilst in a rehab for trauma and they were very helpful and guided me well through the whole process even though I was depressed, traumatised and my moods were all over the place. It was a great weight of pressure lifted from me and now I continue to become hopefully much better over the next months or years and then get back into work and regain a normal life I hope.
