Helpful, understanding, and really helped me

When I was struggling I didn't know what to do, until I heard about StepChange, so I contacted them and they were so helpful and asked me some questions to find the best option for me. They suggested a debt management plan to help put all my payments into one monthly payment and now I'm feeling less stressed and it's taken a weight off my shoulders. I can't thank them enough.
