Give them all medals !

I'd been struggling with loan repayments for over a year after taking out more than I could realistically afford. After months of stress and starting to fall further behind I called Stepchange who ran through my debts and suggested several options for me. They advised of the best one to take but left the final decision to me. They are so helpful every time I need to make an ammendment to fit my circumstances and every person I've spoken to there has treated me with patience and understanding and been happy to provide as much assistance as required. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is struggling regularly to meet payments . Their service has provided a buffer between myself and my creditors which took so much of the stress away and gave me the chance to concentrate on my life again. I think its fair to say they saved me from certain mental health issues that come with prolonged stress. Their work is invaluable and makes a huge difference to people's lives . Thankyou to you all. I've been on a DMP with stepchange for several months and everyone I have spoken to in the company have been amazing. They speak with compassion and respect and truly do so everything they can to find the best solution for you .. Always happy to point you in the right direction .
