Relief after years of anxiety

I have been in dept for most of my 20s, and it's taken me until my 30s to be able to reach out for help. I found that when I had to talk to anyone on the phone, they were kind and understanding and although talking about debt is stil ok hard, I wouldnt have been able to get it under control without help.
