Amazing

I left my Husband and didn't know what to do. A colleague recommended Step Change. I was sceptical, as other " firms" were unhelpful and some times arrogant staff. But I was desperate. What a difference. Staff not only listened but actually helped me, without being condescending. I am now building a life for myself and although I have another 16 months to go. I can sleep at night. Plus I know, if I'm worried they will genuinely help me. I can't thank Step Change enough. Or my colleague for recommending them. Reviewed on: 15th July 2023
