I agree with most of these reviews you are sitting on hold for over 45 minutes & then all of sudden cut off & have to ring again. Never answer any emails, there chat bot is robot & just tells you to go online doesn't recognize claim ref, names wanting to speak to someone. Even though received an email advising someone making claim against me phoned up to find what, when & who didn't know anything & tried to register claim from me/my side. After 30mins hung up. 2nd time got through to claims nice lady found wrote notes found claim & after 20mins said need to speak to 3rd party tried to transfer & after 1 minute hung up. They advised a mechanic needs to see damage to car & costs for repairs for non existent accident. But when eventually got through to only work Monday - Friday no weekends, 10am - 4pm & don't tell you when coming till day as busy & can't book in what kind of business is that. Don't expect you to work & if like me for NHS can't just leave drop hat & pull car out on street in city center. No one has called or responded to me. Useless. Reviewed on: 15th July 2023
