Car Insurance LV

I've had my car insurance for my old Mercedes slk r171 for the first and very much the last time. I had an accident May 2023, and its still not been dealt with. No communication at all from them. I've been chasing but they seem intent on not getting my claim settled. I've complained to them direct by email and this has even been investigated! When I spoke to a so called manager who promised to call me back and never. Her comment was it takes LV at least 8 weeks to answer a complaint! I think that says it all! Current Insurance claim
