Good initial rates, poor customer service

Very good at getting money in but unnecessary additional checks about transferring money out. I requested an ISA transfer out to another provider, assumed it had taken place but still waiting for the explanation as to why this didn't happen. Very disappointed about transactions out from the account. Good rates initially but then lower more than other more reliable banks/ building societies Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026

Good savings rates from this community bank

I support the ethos of My Community Bank. As a saver I am supported with highly competitive savings rates and good, friendly, telephone service when I need it. The bank offers a limited number of savings products which they seem to manage effectively.. Reviewed on: 19th July 2023
