Beyond belief poor service

Terrible company, took my money for 17 years ( no claims), then cancelled my policy with no explanation. South African call center that keeps hanging on for 20 mins , then hang up. They don't reply to emails , basically left me with no insurance , no refunds, no correspondence, no customer service, just a appalling company. They need to be investigated, going to the financial ombudsman next to try to get some sense of it all . What a way to treat people , beyond belief they can trade like this !
