Vanquis care

vanquis has great customer service and I have been happy communicating with them. they are quick with their responses and they are polite and kind. I had ine separate issue with one of the advisers and the complaint manager gave me a call as he has reviewed the chat and apologised. A training was offered to the person and I have got money compensation from Vanquis, which showed they care. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024
