Going the extra mile for customers.

Great customer service. I had thought that I had set up a recurring renewal for our insurance; but I hadn't. Not only did the Caravan and Motorhome Club send a letter and an email they also took the time to call me on the renewal date to check I realised! I am so gratefil that they went the extra mile.
