What a farce

Tried to claim....never ever claimed on any insurance in my life before. Someone reversed into me while I was parked. They admitted liability. Then it began....M&S Insurance.....what a shower. Long story short ...no one cares...no one rings you or texts you. Everyone working from home...babies crying. Their nominated garage would not answer phone....no alternate. On it went....then they said they closed the claim...why...who knows. I had the repair done and paid myself. I couldn't wait any longer and it was so stressful. Be warned M &S are a broker for this... just front this....the real company are people you've never heard of...it's a rubbish outfit of unhelpful,lazy home workers whose target is to wear you down with inactivity and not contacting you so you give up.AVOID..
