Helpful and speedy service

I'd made an error when taking out my policy (I put the wrong date of birth- totally my fault) and I emailed them to let them know, expecting a hassle and probably a charge to change it. I was pleasantly surprised when they quickly responded with updated policy documents, fixing my mistake. I haven't had to make a claim but this reassures me they would be helpful and efficient if needed. I have other insurance policies where I've been charged £40 to change small details.
