Don't touch at any cost, they delay your claim hoping you will give up.

I had to cancel my holiday due tosurgery for cancer and over 3 months later I'm still waitning for a response to my claim. Following advice from the Financial Ombudsman, I have now raised a Formal Complaint, and 3 weeks after writing to the MD I have still not receieved any communication, not even an acknowledgement. I don't have the strength to fight my cancer and Covered2GO Reviewed on: 6th July 2018
