Excellent customer service

You always hope to never have to speak to your insurance company. Every time I've had to speak to them usually for advise they have always been very patient and helpful. You don't feel they have a time KPI on you like most call centres. They always resolve your query and are happy to help. I've thankfully only ever claimed once and hope I never have to again. But when I did it was a simple process and they paid out without quibble. I'd recommend them :) thank you Reviewed on: 31st July 2023
