Knowledgable customer service team who are both professional and friendly. Cover is comprehensive and affordable. Furthermore they are very easy to get in contact with and if they promise to do something it gets done. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2024

Friendly and professional

Leisuredays is such an easy company to deal with. Their policies are straightforward (OK they have the T&C like everyone else) to understand. Their staff are easy to talk to, know the industry very well, and are friendly, straight talking, and importantly professional. On the odd times I have had a dialogue with the advisor they have listened, understood and made great recommendations, I cannot ask for more. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023
