Review of the The Insurance Emporium, Pet insurance:

Excellent Service

Some years ago when we bought a new puppy I chose The Insurance Emporium as my preferred insurance and took a lifetime style insurance package for my dog. This was a good decission as at about a year of age the dog contracted a lifetime illness which requires longterm drug support. As a result we are repeatably having to resort to theinsurance company via our vets for reimbursement of the cost of the drugs . The Insurance Emporium always make the refund payments without fuss directly to the vets at the same time keeping me informed of the progres of each transaction. This is completed at a reasonable cost to me all without me having to interact betwen the two parties i.e. the insurance company and th vet. The renewal process is also a straight forward operation paid annually and one that I can almost forget about adding to a positive relationship In all a very good relationship which appears seamless in its operation, one that I would highly recommend !!
