Our fur babies are protected

I never had pet insurance before but I got it when we adopted some pedigree cats who have become our babies. I feel happier knowing they are protected as I previously worked in life insurance and I have seen the impact of illness and accidents where there is no cover in place. Sadly, we claimed on our first policy because our first fur baby passed away suddenly. The process to claim was quick and simple and there was no fuss or argument. We were able to cremate our cat and some of the money was put towards adopting another. I will always take the cover now knowing they are protected and that it could help towards rescuing more animals in the future. I have had very good service and the online portal makes it all easy to access. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023
