Thank you to Mr Daniel Newing at your Melton Head Office

Mr Newing has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me receive the latest information about my Capital Payment for my Mortgage with the building Society and the new revised lower monthly payments on my Mortgage as of 1st August 2023. The issue has been a lack of post from the Grantham and Nottingham area, and Mr Newing sent the full details by post on a to be signed for delivery. In fact most of the post I have been waiting for since the end of June 2023 arrived this morning with the letter I had to sign for. Apparently major problems at the Nottingham Postal Hub according to the new Post Lady on the Langfrod Gardens Grantham Route.
