Excellent customer service and quick settlement of my ongoing claim

I have had my horse insured for 12 years and have never had to claim so was a little bit worried when my boy was diagnosed with EMS and laminitis recently. But each time I had to contact the claims department I was greeted with a helpful and friendly voice at the end of the phone who was happy to explain everything I needed to do in simple terms. My claim is currently on going but the first part was paid directly to my vet in less than 10 days. I couldn’t have wished for a better service and will definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking to insure their equine. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023
