I am writing this review as i have had two insurance products from TIE, and unfortunately had to claim on them, on doing so i found th eteam on the other end of the phone could not do more to help. In fact on th erecent death of one of my GHDs TIE reached out to me telling me how sorry they were for our loss, and that they had immediately stopped any future payments being taken, then went on to pay me the last claim i had made.
