Terrible customer service

Absolutely appalling customer service when trying to make a claim - they tried to tell me what I was claiming for was not covered under my insurance and it took me reading out the wording of the policy agreement to show that it was. Then they only sent me money for one of my claims and not the other resulting in having to ring them again. Each phone call taking over an hour each time due to an extremely long time spent on hold Reviewed on: 1st August 2023
