Seems like a scam to me

I tried to send money from Germany to my friend in India. The money never reached my friend. Contacted the support and after a lost of hustle to get our hands on the documents, which the support team wanted to have to start an investigation, they told us that the money is at the bank of my friend and provided us with data about the transfer. We took this information to the bank and they said they can not track the money with the data paysend gave us. I asked the support what to with the data, but they just ignore me now. Also they just close tickets if you don't reply within a few days, which can be inconvenient if the recipient needs to go to the local branch of his bank but travels a lot.
