wish I had never joined them

After being told on the phone without seeing my car that it was a write off they then came and took it away only to be informed that it was not a write off. Told they would be bringing it back as it was drivable after a week no car!! Phoned every day told it would be back soon still no car. When it does come back I am told I will have to drive it to a garage 7 miles away while they assess what needs to be done then bring it home then drive it back to be mended. I was under the illusion that the aa would make things easy but that has been shattered!!! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2023
