Aviva Zero means ZERO claims and ZERO customer service

The company is a complete disaster. I have now had a claim outstanding for four months which this company still hasn't been able to fulfil. You cannot get hold of anybody - if you're very lucky and it's your birthday they reply within a couple of days but if you want another reply it takes at least another 24 hours. The company is a joke. Reviewed on: 4th August 2023
