I was having some trouble with my new insurance company accepting a document previously provided by first choice insurance. After hours of phone calls with my new insurance company I contacted first choice and ended up speaking to Lucy Courtney who went above and beyond to help me and resolve my issue. Very polite on the phone and couldn’t do more for me. Lucy is an asset to the first choice customer service team. Reviewed on: 7th August 2023
