Help when needed

I was in hospital and was unable to get the funds transferred to my debit account in time as my payment was due over the weekend. I phoned Bamboo and the customer service agent was brilliant and helped me resolve it. This was so helpful as I was stressed that I would incur bank charges or a default penalty from Bamboo. Neither was the case and all was resolved within a day. Reviewed on: 11th March 2026

Friendly, quick. efficient from start to finish.

The whole process was very quick It was non intrusive the agents were helpful and it was also sorted in just a few days. Very simple and I wasn't bamboozled, (Excuse the pun). Reviewed on: 8th August 2023
