Total fraud and scammers

Try to cancel my insurance with them within 14 days cooling off period, no response for days, had to chat with bot and when finally someone responded they charged me above the cancellation fee of £30 despite being in cooling off period and should be only that fee. They are asking for too much personal information without reason and trying to upload on them site which did not work, it is total disgrace and shambles. On top of that they are not registered with FCO in UK and are registered in America how they are allowed to operate and collect information is beyond me. They are interested only for taking your money! Be warned Reviewed on: 11th August 2023
