Poor service

Had an accident in November 2022 which is still not resolved and have had no contact or updates despite being told that I would get a dedicated claims handler and my insurance premiums have almost trebled in price,also since registering a complaint have still heard nothing. The poorest service I have ever received. Expected more from a premium brand as they were not the cheapest insurers but was happy to pay a little more for piece of mind HOW WRONG WAS I.
