Review of the Admiral, Van Insurance:

Terrible insurer

Where to start, terrible phone lines, if they answer…after a no fault claim they have done nothing to contact the third party who was at fault. No courtesy van. Was told that they had a company that could provide me with a courtesy van, when they emailed me stating that they’d attempted to call me, admiral hadn’t even provided them with my telephone number!! Honestly avoid this insurance company because once they have your hard earned cash they will not look after you!! Go elsewhere!!! Reviewed on: 18th August 2023
