No statements for two months

The last statement I received was dated 18 May. Have telephoned numerous times to ask for my June statement but only managed to speak someone twice - after waiting over 30 minutes for someone to answer - and on two occasions the line was disconnected before I could enter my details. The 'customer service' guys had no idea what the problem was and, according to the second guy I spoke to, neither does their IT department! I paid my June balance (to avoid interest charges) even though it was twice what I was expecting assuming that my statement would arrive so that I could check the entries. Now I am told that my July balance is over £1600, again far more than expected. What is the problem and how much longer before it's resolved? Am I the only one not receiving statements?
