The worst company I ever had to deal with

I have had non working fridge freezer for 4 months now finally b confirmed as a write off over a week ago but still waiting for replacement. Customer care is non existent, hang up on you, tell you they will call back, can’t resolve as other dept too busy, been phoning every day for a week and got nowhere. Shambles!!!
