Doesnt pay up when there is damage to your home

My roof was started leaking. As a customer of 5 years and no claims i thought it would be taken care of. I was told no, they dont cover for leaks and i would need to sort myself …now i need to find 2k to repair a crack in the lead gully of the roof. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023
