Great service at a great price

Policy Expert home and contents insurance can be purchased on line but if you want to talk to an advisor and set your policy over the phone they are more than happy to do so. The advisor I spoke to was extremely helpful and although he offered additions to the basic insurance he was never pushy and never tried to change my decision. A very friendly and professional advisor. Although I haven’t made a claim I was reassured that advisors would be there to help if and when needed. The cost of my insurance was a lot less than quoted by other companies and although it was slightly higher than one quote from another company I decided to go with Policy Expert because of the service I received from the advisor.
