Great customer service

I’ve been with Policy Expert for my home insurance for two years running. I’ve found them to be really competitive on price, but most importantly really friendly on the phone. To be able to speak to a friendly customer advisor who understands your needs as a consumer is much more important to me for a bigger purchase when wanting to have protection in place should the unthinkable happen.
