House Insurance Renewal

After being sent my renewal documents, I went on a comparison site to see if I could get a better price, which I could. I telephoned your renewals department to tell them of the better price I could get and the person I spoke to informed me that I was entitled to a £25 discount which was then in line with the other quotes I had received, so I renewed my policy. However, it would have been better if I had been given the discount I was entitled to on my renewal quote rather than me having to ring up to see if there was any we could do with the renewal cost. This is why I have only given 4 stars and not 5 stars. Reviewed on: 24th July 2018
