loyalty

Had my renewal through..went up considerably..rang them and asked them why it was so high(i had had no claims) they offered to re do the quote taking off a loyalty discount which then made the quote lower than i had been paying previously..my point is if i had not called about the renewal price the LOYALTY discount would not have been applied..loyalty...really, sneaky i call it.
