Been a customer for 3 years now.

Renewal process is simple. I shop around every year, policy expert are never too far out and are always willing to match or beat a quote. Good customer service, never a long wait to answer the phones. Very happy. Only used insurance once (home emergency) and was very happy with the process. Reviewed on: 24th July 2018
